This course offers an in depth study of selected areas of Public International Law governing relations among states and the international community.
The programme covers the law of the sea, law of treaties, state responsibility, diplomatic law, the use of force in international relations, immigration and refugee law.
Students will examine the legal principles regulating state conduct, treaty obligations, maritime jurisdiction, diplomatic protections, and international responses to conflict and displacement. Emphasis is placed on applying international legal rules to contemporary global issues and developing clear, structured legal analysis suitable for examination responses.
The course aims to build strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of international legal frameworks.
