This course provides a focused study of corporate structure, financing, and creditor protection within company operations.

The programme examines shares and shareholding rights, creditors and debentures, and capitalisation of companies. Students will explore how companies raise capital, the rights attached to different classes of shares, protection mechanisms for creditors, and the legal implications of corporate financing decisions.

Emphasis is placed on understanding corporate financial structures, analysing stakeholder rights, and applying legal principles to corporate transactions and disputes.

The course is designed to develop clear understanding and analytical competence in corporate regulation and financing.

Requirements
